How to connect to VPS for Forex via IOS
We show you in this instruction how to connect to a VPS-server for Forex using the Microsoft Remote Desktop (RDP) application for IOS.
To start go to the App Store from your phone and enter “RDP”in the search field. Download and install the app on your phone.
Next start the application, click on the plus sign in the upper right corner. This is required to configure a new connection to your VPS. Select the “Desktop” field.
The next step is to specify the connection data in the following points:
- PC name
- User account
- Additional settings
Please, start with the field “PC Name”. If you received our free VPS, enter only the IP-address of your VPS-server in the “PC Name” field. If you rent a VPS-server, you must also specify the port after the IP-address immediately. Just put a colon after the IP-address and enter the port number. For example: 163.172.182.72:3389
Click “Done”.
Next you should set up your account. The app offers us 2 options:
- Enter each time – to enter your username and password each time.
- Add the user account – to save the account and connect without asking for a password.
If you select the second option, the application will ask you to enter the user name (VPS-server login) and password. Click “Save” after entering the data.
Next go to the additional settings, you need to fill in only one field “Clear name”. The name of the setting speaks for itself. Now the connection is configured and ready to connect to the VPS-server for Forex.

Open the menu and click “End session” on the right side of the screen or the cross on the left side of the screen on the miniature connection to disconnect from the server.
